Is there really a free tier?
Yes. Custodia’s Free tier includes full H&S compliance features for up to 5 properties and 2 users. No credit card required. No time limit.
What counts as a “property”?
A property is a single building or development that you manage. A block of 50 flats counts as one property. Individual units within a block do not count separately.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in contracts.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade to a tier with fewer allowed properties, you’ll retain read-only access to all existing data. You can export everything at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount will be available at launch. Early access members will receive the best rates.
What about Enterprise pricing?
For portfolios exceeding 1,000 properties, we offer custom pricing with dedicated onboarding, SLA commitments, and tailored support. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
